Contact all parties involved in the closing and introduce my role as the transaction coordinator
Explain the contract-to-close process and answer any questions the buyer may have
Ensure purchase agreement, counter-offers, addendums and any documents are signed, initialed and dated properly
Upload all documents into a transaction management service and update the file as needed throughout the closing process
Schedule and manage inspections and manage timing for repair requests
Manage all moving parts of the contract including any amendments, extensions and contingency removals
Proactively communicate! Keep all parties current on the status of closing and informed of any issues
Confirm with lender that loan is tracking on time and necessary clearances are met
Receive and distribute closing disclosure and settlement statement
Coordinate final walk-through
