  • Contact all parties involved in the closing and introduce my role as the transaction coordinator
  • Explain the contract-to-close process and answer any questions the buyer may have
  • Ensure purchase agreement, counter-offers, addendums and any documents are signed, initialed and dated properly
  • Upload all documents into a transaction management service and update the file as needed throughout the closing process
  • Schedule and manage inspections and manage timing for repair requests
  • Manage all moving parts of the contract including any amendments, extensions and contingency removals
  • Proactively communicate! Keep all parties current on the status of closing and informed of any issues
  • Confirm with lender that loan is tracking on time and necessary clearances are met
  • Receive and distribute closing disclosure and settlement statement
  • Coordinate final walk-through 

Seller Transaction

  • Proactively communicate! Keep all parties current on the status of closing and informed of any issues
  • Receive and distribute closing disclosure and settlement statement 
  • Audit file before closing to ensure paperwork is complete
